Globys' Report Hub: A New Era of Reporting Flexibility

We're excited to share Globys’ latest product enhancements, the new Report Hub—a centralized space to access, customize, and organize both summary and detail reports from a single, streamlined interface. This upgraded module reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the Globys experience for both carriers and end-users.

With the updated Report Hub, carriers can now offer read-only, carrier-defined reports and filters, ensuring consistency and promotes transparency and ease of collaboration. End-users also have the ability to personalize their own reporting experience with numerous new personalization features, empowering users to take full control of their reporting environment. The New Report Hub features include:

Accessibility Enhancements within the Report Hub

As part of these recent improvements, we’ve made meaningful progress in our accessibility efforts across the application. In partnership with Ability, we’ve resolved a large number of high-severity issues to ensure compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standards. These updates make the platform more inclusive and usable for all users, and we remain committed to resolving remaining lower-severity items in upcoming releases. As new features like Report Hub are introduced, we ensure they meet or exceed current accessibility standards—reinforcing our belief that product improvements should benefit every user.
