Globys Hires Craig Baughn as Vice President of Client Delivery
Former Concur executive will lead all customization, configuration and delivery efforts
Seattle, WA – Globys (www.globys.com), a leading provider of customer experience solutions, has named Craig Baughn vice president of Client Delivery. In this role, Baughn will lead a global team responsible for the customization, configuration and delivery of Globys’ full product suite to clients worldwide.
Baughn has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with specialized expertise in software design and engineering, cloud computing, client relationship management and high-volume transactional platforms designed for global customers.

Baughn joins Globys from Concur, a leading software as a service (SaaS) provider based in Redmond, WA, where he served as vice president of Global Hosting Operations. In that position he was responsible for the Service Level Management and Infrastructure Services, including application support, monitoring and systems engineering, and network configuration for a suite of SaaS product offerings that reach more than 10,000 global clients located in more than 75 countries worldwide.

In that role he led a staff of more than 300 IT professionals, whose responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of software engineering and technology delivery and support for the property and casualty sales, service and claims functions, as well as all corporate enterprise functions.
Baughn is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned a B.A. in Quantitative Methods.
