From North or Southbound Interstate 5
- Take the Mercer Street exit (#167)
- Turn RIGHT onto FAIRVIEW AVE N. (0.1 miles)
- Turn LEFT onto VALLEY ST. (0.2 miles)
- Turn RIGHT onto WESTLAKE AVE N. (1.6 miles)
- Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NICKERSON ST. (1.2 miles)
- Turn RIGHT onto 11TH AVE W. which is located under the overhead sign "City Center ONLY"
- Drive down 11TH AVE W. approximately 100 yards following the road around to the right
- Cross the railroad tracks and park in the Nickerson Marina parking lot in any of the numbered or unnumbered parking spaces
- Walk past the mailboxes in front of the Nickerson Marina Office where a covered walkway will take you to an elevator to the second floor
From Downtown Via Elliott Avenue
- Head NORTH on ELLIOTT AVE W. heading away from Downtown Seattle
- ELLIOTT AVE W. becomes 15TH AVE W. (1.5 miles)
- Take the EMERSON ST/NICKERSON ST exit ramp. (0.1 miles)
- Merge onto W NICKERSON ST. (0.3 miles)
- Turn LEFT onto 11TH AVE W. (0.1 miles)
- Drive down 11TH AVE W. approximately 100 yards following the road around to the right
