  9. Walk past the mailboxes in front of the Nickerson Marina Office where a covered walkway will take you to the elevator
From Downtown Via Elliott Avenue
  1. Head NORTH on ELLIOTT AVE W. heading away from Downtown Seattle
  2. ELLIOTT AVE W. becomes 15TH AVE W. (1.5 miles)
  3. Take the EMERSON ST/NICKERSON ST exit ramp. (0.1 miles)
  4. Merge onto W NICKERSON ST. (0.3 miles)
  5. Turn LEFT onto 11TH AVE W. (0.1 miles)
