Account Manager II

The Account Manager Level II is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and current key clients. This position will help facilitate between clients and internal teams to turn a client’s business needs into great solutions.

As a Level II Account Manager you will participate in all phases of a client’s lifecycle – from pre-sales, to software implementations, to continued adoption/revenue growth, with the goal of building successful client relationships within Globys’ fast-paced, dynamic company environment.

The qualified candidate will rely on a highly customer-focused attitude, technical knowledge, and proven account management record, to ensure long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth. Additionally, this person is organized and able to multitask and work independently in a rapidly growing technology company.

Need to have:
  • 5 years account management experience
  • 3 years software consulting experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and work independently
  • Ability to travel
  • A proven record of account management
