Telecommunications’ Continued Investment in Enhancing the Customer Experience Fuels Globys Hiring Spree

Seattle, WA, United States, 01/26/2010 – Globys, a leading provider of self-service and targeted marketing solutions for the worldwide telecommunications market, announced that, due to its substantial growth in 2009, they are continuing their international search for qualified candidates to support the launch of several new solutions, addition of new customers, and increased in-region managed services support as international expansion continues.

Despite global economic conditions, telecom spending is strong and service providers are continuing to invest in self-service solutions to reduce their support costs while improving the customer experience. Service providers are also placing a strong focus on competitive differentiation with wireless carriers, in particular, seeking new solutions to increase ARPU and offset the decline of non-voice revenues by accelerating the penetration of data and value-added services (VAS).
