Telecom New Zealand Selects Globys for Electronic Billing and Reporting Services
Seattle, WA – February 17, 2009 – Globys, Inc. announced today that the company had been selected by Telecom New Zealand (Telecom) to provide electronic billing, payment, and reporting services to Telecom customers. The service will enable Telecom consumer customers to view, pay, and analyze their Telecom bills through the company’s Web site.
Globys will provide Telecom its latest version of Bill Payment Manager, designed to meet the specific needs of the consumer market. Enhancements to the electronic bill payment and presentment application will enable carriers to provide their small and medium customers with new reporting capabilities, more advanced customization, and best-in-class usability.
In addition to viewing and paying bills online, Globys Bill Payment Manager will enable Telecom customers to interact with their bills. Customers can create an array of standardized and customized reports and graphs with an analysis tool that’s quick and easy to use. Customers can access summary and detailed billing and usage data. The application will also be configured to offer a wide range of monthly accounting, administrative, and managerial functions associated with telecommunications usage.
