Telecom New Zealand Rolls-Out Real-Time Usage Analysis Solution for Business Customers
Seattle, WA, United States, 7/28/10 – Globys, a leading provider of self-service and contextual marketing solutions for the worldwide telecommunications market, announced today that Telecom New Zealand has launched Globys Usage Analyst to provide real-time usage reporting and analysis to their business customers.
Globys Usage Analyst, implemented under the brand name Cost Manager Daily, allows customers to proactively manage their telecom expenses, as well as monitor the progress of sales and marketing campaigns. As opposed to waiting for month’s end to review billed usage, customers are able to evaluate the usage daily, or even hourly if preferred, which allows them to quickly act on any learnings.
With pre-defined and unlimited custom reporting, Globys Usage Analyst allows customers to analyze their data in ways that are meaningful to their business. Proactive alerting functionality takes this a step further and allows customers to define specific use cases where they would like to be notified which allows them to take immediate action.
“Telecom New Zealand has been a long-term partner of Globys and we’re pleased to continue to deliver solutions that are not only beneficial to their end users, but also to helping Telecom New Zealand maintain a competitive edge, while reducing operational expenses,” said Derek Edwards, CEO of Globys. “By providing customers the ability to self-serve, service providers can greatly reduce manual reporting resources and support costs.”
Globys Usage Analyst is also used as an account management tool within the carrier. By providing sales and account management teams with regular e-mail notifications of account activity, they can quickly identify unanticipated usage trends or potential overage charges to proactively communicate and up-sell to their customers.
