Qwest Communications Deploys Globys’ Online Billing, Reporting and Analytics Solution for Business Customers
Seattle, WA – December 9, 2009 – Globys, a leading provider of self-service and contextual marketing solutions for the global telecommunications industry, announced today that Qwest Communications, a leading U.S. telecommunications provider, has deployed Globys Bill Analyst to provide advanced online bill reporting and analytics to its business customers.
Globys Bill Analyst, implemented under the brand name Bill Analyzer, will allow Qwest Enterprise and Small Business customers the ability to view and analyze their monthly statements and usage online. Integrated with Qwest’s QControl portal, customers gain immediate access to pre-defined summary and detail reports and can create an unlimited amount of custom reports to align with their specific business needs. They also have the ability to create user-defined hierarchies and descriptions for easy account management and cost allocation.
Following an evaluation process, Qwest selected Globys Bill Analyst to help consolidate billing data from across multiple systems and services. Now with Bill Analyzer, customers can view one consolidated bill and access all of their data from across numerous accounts and services from one location.
