Globys to Provide Online Bill Analytics and Reporting for du’s Enterprise Customers in the UAE

Seattle, WA – August 24, 2008 – Globys, Inc. announced today that it will provide du, the UAE’s second-largest telecommunications provider, a self-service bill analytics and reporting solution for du’s enterprise customers.

du will offer Globys’ Bill Analyst and Usage Analyst applications to its business customers. Globys™ Bill Analyst is a fully featured, completely customizable reporting and analysis solution designed to meet the specific needs of business users. In addition to simplifying operational and managerial reporting tasks, Globys Bill Analyst enables organizations to transform their complex bills into sources of vital business intelligence.

Globys™ Usage Analyst will allow du’s business customers to analyze their call traffic in near real-time – when calls are received, when calls are unanswered, what lines are busy, and call duration – tracking calls by phone number and geographic location. With this information, businesses can measure the success of marketing campaigns, optimize employee schedules, improve customer service, and maintain appropriate equipment levels.

Derek Edwards, Chief Executive Officer of Globys said, “With the recent deregulation of the UAE telecoms market, du was ahead of the curve in identifying the need to offer value-added services to retain and attract high value business customers. More organizations worldwide are demanding self-care and analytics services in order to effectively manage their telecommunications usage and costs. Globys solutions enable operators to attract customers with new and innovative services that add real business value.”
