Bell Aliant, CSL, Swisscom and Telstra to Join Globys on Customer Experience Panel at TM Forum Americas Event

Seattle, WA, United States, October 20, 2011 – Mark Sten, senior vice president of global marketing and carrier relations for Globys (www.globys.com), a leading provider of customer experience solutions for the worldwide telecommunications market, will host a panel titled “Acting On Real Time User Experience To Increase ARPU And The Overall Lifetime Value of Your Customers” on November 9, 2011 in Orlando, Florida. The panel will be taking place as part of the Customer Experience Summit at the TM Forum World Management Americas conference.

Mr. Sten will be hosting a panel of executives from around the world who are focused on customer experience transformation at their respective companies.  The panel will include:
